Ice therapy has long since been utilized as a safe and effective treatment for exercise and sports injuries.  Basically, it slows the blood flow to the injury or affected area which in turn calls for a reduction in swelling and internal bruising if applied as quickly as possible. After an injury has occurred, the surrounding blood vessels are damaged, this is where the ice comes into the picture by constricting the damaged vessels.  Because it limits the tissue damage allowing for the healing process to begin.

The benefit I found with Ice Wraps is that they are constructed with material designed to keep you from having injury as a result of having ice directly on your skin.  You have got to try these wraps, it is a move you will not regret making!

Ice Wraps . . Relief from Sports Injury to Menopause

I know that I am taking a HUGE risk of being ridiculed . . .  but until you have experienced the pain associated with a injury then you will have NO IDEA of what I am speaking about!  Being the rough and ready gal that I am - I have broken my toes, fingers and arms, not all at the same time of course and we all know that ice will ease the pain and swelling of such injuries.

I have had a BREAKTHROUGH . .

I have to deal with the hot flashes as a result of menopause, it due to the nightsweats that I discovered Ice Wraps.  Believe it or not, they work wonderfully for me in controlling the flashes and I am now a happy woman.  Not wanting to deal with having to take pills and put on patches that can be dangerous, I chose to try Ice Wraps for relief.   OMG what a wonderful thing I have discovered . . . Ice Wraps!  It helps to keep my body temperature manageable throughout my workday.  I don't think this was the purpose for which the Ice Wraps were intended but OH BABY does it work!

Just give it a try if you have sore muscles, sprained tendons or even Hot Flashes . . . yes I said it Hot Flashes, only because I know it works!

Leave me a comment and let me know how it works for you!
